1967 BMW R60/2 for sale.
VIN 629XXX was manufactured in 1967 and delivered on June 20th, 1967 to the BMW importer Butler & Smith in New York City, and the bike was equipped with a bench seat.
Mechanically in great shape, original paint in quite nice and presentable condition.
MATCHING all 3 VIN NUMBERS, frame, motor and frame tag. I am the 3rd owner.

Recent maintenance on the BMW R60/2 included oil changes, cleaning of the oil pan, timing and valve adjustment, rear gear seal replacement. The bike runs and rides exceptionally well, with functioning clutch, brakes and gears that shift smoothly. Electrical components all work well.
Riding this bike is a pleasure, as the ride is so plush that it is almost uncommon for a 57 years old machine. These bikes are becoming increasingly rare and have a strong following. You can confidently ride it home wherever you live.
